It's quite difficult to predict that whether you will get seat or not as cut off marks/rank for medical colleges keeps changing every year depending upon various factors like number of students

Rank for every year in NEET changed every year. As a 2019 cut off for St candidate with marks 449 the rank may be for government college around 80000. And for management quota it is is 82000 at least.

This depends on your category. For unreserved category, 600 and above marks required to get admission in a government college in Rajasthan and 565+ marks in other states. For reserved category there are so many government colleges available on this marks in India.

With this rank, it is difficult to get seat in government or private college.
As cut is very high, with this score there is no chance of MBBS, BDS, BAMS.
Only option is either management quota or going with BSc, Pharmacy courses.
