See it does not matter from which state do you belongs to because in India there are private in each and every state and there is fixed reservation for other state students which is known as All India Quota. You can apply to any of the private college

There are many private universities and institutes which are having management quota can take admission without your entrance exam. This scheme is not possible in govt. organisations. So you can go through google with your prefered college and course and research about it. It will help you in getting admission.
