Cut-offs changes from year to year and that's why it is difficult to predict. Cut-offs depends on many factors like category, number of students appeared in the exam, difficulty level of the exam, number of seats available, etc.

Hi, College of Engineering Pune (COEP) is an government aided college and you can not apply to colleges that are government aided with a JEE Mains score. This is issued by DTE. So you can check other private colleges in your state or other state whichever gives you better opportunities.
