Depending on your NEET Scorecard you may or maynot beable to secure a seat in some of the Good Government or State Medical Colleges in Rajasthan. The Cutoffs are certainly relaxed incase youre in the 85% State Quota in Rajasthan and maybe more incase you belong to certain reserved Category.

It's totally upto your choice what you want to study B.Sc (general) or B.Sc. (Hons.)

But if you study B.Sc. (General) you can get a overall knowledge of all the respective subjects in the course.

See on such marks and category you have very low chances for any of the mentioned colleges as they have bit higher cut-offs even for EWS category and it was somewhere around 630-650 but you have good chances of getting some other medical colleges in Rajasthan under state

see cutoff score varies every year, it depends on certain factors like number of applicant, questions difficulty level, seat matrix, students category, choice of stream etc. every state govt. medical colleges has around 85% seats reserve for domicile candidates.
