With your category rank, you have about null chances of procuring a seat in MBM and RTU Kota as these both are in the list of top most engineering colleges in Rajasthan and are government colleges too. Yes, you might have chances for some lower branches in CTAE

As you have not mentioned any preferred branch for yourself , so I will be talking general here. CTAE udaipur is a better option among the two. Ctae college ranking is a little better and one of my peers used to study there and had a lot of good things

Yes there is a good chance of you getting RTU, Kota in upward movement round. Since for Ajmer IT you need a good rank in REAP. And many seats will get vacant as the admitted students in RTU will also apply for upward movement.
