According to your rank,there is a good chance that you can get admission in MBM,RTU kota and CTAE if you apply through OBC quota.

It depends , whether you want a govt college or a private one . In govt colleges I suggest you should opt for RTU kota over MBM jodhpur because RTU has timely mid terms and semester exams whereas MBM lacks in this . Other option might be CTAE

Well there is very less chance to get into MBM, even if you might, the branch will not be up to the mark but there is a good chance at RTU in Electrical or maybe civil and as far as ctae is concerned, it wouldn't be that hard to get
