Hello student, You have got 63 percentile in JEE examination which means your rank will be between 378510 - 425500 which is quiet high and it is difficult to get government college affiliated to RTU with this rank. But still RTU conducts an entrance exam called Rajasthan Engineering Admission Process you can appear in that exam if you are not satisfied with your JEE rank and secure a good rank in REAP and then you can take admission in the college of your choice. otherwise if we take your 12th percentage in consideration you are eligible for RTU, you can directly take admission in any private college affiliated to RTU.

see it is mandatory to complete all your b.tech course exam before the document submission or document verification for the post graduate course, unless your candidature may cancel. however it would be best to contact with the college authority to know about admission process and necessary documents.

See whether the University will issue the provisional certificate or not depends upon the university as you have backlogs so they hardly issue you the provisional certificate but if you have backlogs then you can use your any of the marksheet for GATE 2021 Counselling, regards to your previous question you have to upload the copy of any of the marksheet of your final year issued from the institution where you were pursuing your qualifying examination means your Bachelor's course.

But yes you should at least ask the responsible authorities for the issuance of provisional certificate.

Cut off changes every year and it may increase or decrease depending on number of candidates qualified in the examination, difficulty level of the paper, number of seats available in the current academic year and other such factors. You haven't mentioned the exam or counselling in your query. If there are further rounds of counselling for particular counselling your query is about then you can participate in subsequent rounds of counselling to get seat in a better college/course. We cannot predict if you can get seat in a better college than the present seat allotment since it depends on the cut off and the factors determining the cut off.

After the Seat are filled based on jee a few vacant seats are filled on merit basis in 10+2.

On this college u need to register first its very important to register otherwise u can't proceed.

As the world is going to be digital and is going on also..so its better to opt computer science rather than metalurgy....but metaalurgy is also a very good branch and has many scopes in it ..

In RTU internal sliding is very esay. You just have toh vist official website of RTU where you need to open internal sliding option from notification where it will open a google form. You just need to fill it correct details from your current seat allotment.

As both ece branch and rtu college is better than eee branch and mbm  college.
