In these colleges i think LNCT is best , because Bhopal is the main campus of lnct and i did here that many of the students want to take admission in lnct .

as you scored low marks you may not get seat in rgpv bhopal better try with other competitive exams or try for other engineering colleges thank you

These aren't very good marks for JEE Mains until and unless you are from SC/ST or OBC you wouldn't be able to clear the cut off of main and even if you belong to these categories the chances are still very low but I suggest you to go for councelling
