RGPV Bhopal is the most prestigious technical University of the Madhya Pradesh. It has introduced a new Programme for AY 2020-21 named as Btech in Computer Science and Business Systems.

This programme is developed in accordance with the requirements of Industry and the new industry 4.0 concept. The whole curriculum is industry oriented which is a very required factor now-a-days for the recruiters.

Also, as this programme is developed by TCS, you'll also get the views of the working of the industry. TCS will also offer internship and opportunity for working on live projects. Also, based on your performance, you may also get preference for placements in TCS and relevant companies.

So overall this programme is very beneficial for career development in this field.

The placement data is not available as this is a new programme started this year.

But for other branches, some of the major recruiters were Adani, Infosys, TCS, Capegemini, Wipro, etc. Average salary for CSE students is 4LPA and maximum salary was around 12 LPA.

So you can expect this data for your course also as this is similar to CSE.

As per your percentile(74), your rank would be roughly around 280,000.Your board percentage won't matter much in this except  for fulfilling eligibility criteria.

Your chances of getting into RGPV UIT are good after considering your Home State and Women's quota.Your chances of getting CSE are  less,but you can get other branches like Automobile,petrochemical even you have chances for branches like Electrical and Electronics Engineering,ECE chances are less but still there is chance.

For admission into UIT RGPV or any state engineering college you have to clear JEE(mains) and get a suitable rank for that college. After getting a rank you need to fill up the online counseling form with the desired preference of colleges. If you want to avail the state quota seat then you need to have a state domicile otherwise you will get an all India quota(requires greater rank generally) . Then there would be multiple rounds of counselling so if you are not satisfied with 1st round then you can apply for further rounds and so on…

Hi Mikky, you can change the college. But there are some restrictions put by your present college. If you ready to face those, you can change it in your second year. In rgpv they may follow some rules and regulations. According to that, some colleges said to pay the full fee like that.

So it's not a big issue. You have to discuss with your present college.

Among UIT RGPV Bhopal and LNCT Bhopal, UIT RGPV Bhopal has a higher M.E /M.Tech. average  package that is INR 3.50 Lakhs compared to that of LNCT that is INR 3.00 Lakhs only.

But, in terms of B.E /B.Tech placements, LNCT leads UIT RGPV as LNCT has average package of INR 4.50 Lakhs while UIT RGPV has average package of INR  3.30 Lakhs for B.E /B.Tech course.
