So obviously you can get admission in all the above mentioned Colleges namely R..V.College of engineering, BMS Institute of technology and M.S.Ramaiah also. So, be patient and attend the counselling sessions without fail and so that you will have the better chances to choose between them. So all these colleges are top most in Bangalore and stay positive.

Considering the previous year COMEDK cutoffs for ISE at MSRIT , your rank needs to be under 1.6 k to get admission till the last round of counselling  , as the last year closing ranks for ISE at MSRIT was 1.6k .since , your rank is more than that , you do not have chances of getting ISE at MSRIT.
