It's very hard to get an seat in rv college of engineering, you have scored 116 marks which is not much to get CSE in RV bexabec usually there cutoff for CSE is around 200-300 rank so it's not possible. And same is the case with MSRIT so hopefully not.

But ofcurse you can .try for BMS there is chance to get seat there try once.

There are only two quotas in COMEDK: General and HKR ( Hydrabad-Karnataka Residents).

So, according to your marks, your rank must be around 3-3.5k. You can see in the cutoff list that if you belong to only general category, then its almost impossible for you to get CSE seat because closing rank is of 3-digits.

But if you are Hydrabad or Karnataka resident, you can easily get CSE seat as the closing rank is around 7-8k.

So, the OBC quota doesn't work here. If you enjoy HKR quota, you can easily get the seat.

To be eligible for participation in NATA 2019 counselling, candidates have to score the minimum cutoff marks in the two individual components and also in aggregate.

All the colleges under NATA conduct separate counselling sessions.To be eligible for counselling conducted by these institutes, one needs to qualify NATA 2019.

You cannot get admission into NITs and SPAs through NATA but you can get admission in those using your JEE MAINS paper-2 score and rank.
