Probably you won't get an SNQ seat as the chances are pretty low(or zero). About 5% of the total seats for each branch will be reserved for SNQ. Nearly 60 seats for a branch(that's what is allotted in my college) are allotted. So there are only 3 seats

Unless you aren't extremely passionate about Electronics and Communications, Don't, I repeat, "DO NOT" pursue ECE. The Department is only for people who are extremely intelligent or extremely Hardworking. So, choose wisely and decide which category you fall in.
