They sorry to disappoint you but your ranking is quite low so I don't think you would get what you want . You can try for other colleges as well. There are many other colleges that offered computer science

MSRIT  has lot of opportunities, tie up with IBM, INTEL etc. Better Placements. Infrastructure and facility wise far better that other colleges.   MSRIT Entrepreneurship Development Cell encourage you to become an Entrepreneur.so i think msrit would be a good choice

Through Anna University Counselling, provided you have good cut-off marks. During counselling there are two type of seats available for PSG Tech, not sure about other colleges. One with Government Sponsored Seat, the other one not sponsored by

You can get Eee, mechanical,ece,civil, telecom, chemical engineering etc and rest it depends on your rank if you get better rank then you might get cs and is also in these colleges.
