At the very first let me just tell you that both the colleges are equally good and both perform well and are among the top ten colleges under Delhi University. I think you should go with Ramjas college as I have heard of it more so I would suggest that because they have a spectacular faculty. Although both the colleges have a decent well performing students both do not have hostels so you might need to look into that. The quality and exposure for students is phenomenal in Ramjas college. It is good for all the subjects along with a wonderful political science department.Hope it helps.

The eligibility criteria is as follows
An aggregate of 50% marks or more in two Discipline Subjects and combination of best two other subjects from Lists A and B. As you are seeking admission to BA Economics+Political Science you must have minimum 50% marks or more in these two subjects. And for calculate of best four you need to include the two discipline subjects that is Economics and Political and another two subjects must be from list A and B and one of the subjects must be English or any other language.

See, these three colleges you mentioned, all of them are very, very good. They are one of the premier institutions in our country for degree courses. It is difficult to choose among these three. But, however, Kirori mal college has a special place when it comes to physics honours. This college is known for its science faculty and studies in this discipline. So, i would suggest you to go for Kirori Mal college. However, Ramjas and Sri venkateshwara colleges are also very good for bsc physics hons. So, either of them would be good enough for you to grow and bloom in life.

B.Sc Mathematics Hons in Kirori Mal College, Delhi has lowest fees among the three colleges you mentioned. Other than this, all three colleges are really reputed and preferred colleges under the University of Delhi. So, only on the basis of fees Kirori Mal College is a better choice, otherwise everything else is more or less same.

see ramjas college is affiliated by university of delhi, cutoff score is calculated taking best of four marks like one language paper and three others best optional paper. now every year cutoff score chances and it depends on certain factors like number of applicants, seat matrix, candidates category etc. however as far last years closing score for b.a in economics general category was 96.75 percent in fifth round of counselling. the cutoff for b. a in political science was closed on 97 percent as for first counselling.
