The minimum percentage required to get an admission in a law college is 50%. I dont think that you are eligible for scholarship as most colleges give scholarship after 90%, but yes you can try for it.

Also most law colleges give admission on the basis of CLAT score, so

According to the percentage you have mentioned in the question you can get MBM engineering college, Jodhpur but in top branches like CSE, IT it will be little difficult for you, although you can get ECE, EE, CE like branches.

Yes, you are still eligible to appear in NEET. A candidate must have passed 10+2 with Biology/Biotechnology, Physics, Chemistry and English from a recognized board.
