Yes you can change after you failed in RBSE Board in class 12 exam.  If you change it to a CBSE school then you have to take  admission in  class  11 of CBSE board school and after 1 year exam then you will be allowed for appearing in the class 12 again. But in my suggestion it will be better for you to continue your study in the same school on  for Rajasthan Board of secondary Education and try hard and do  follow a systematic routine of study, practice previous years question paper and minutely then you will get surely good result in 12th class of Rajasthan Board of secondary Education.

Step 1: Go to the official website of RBSE i.e. rajeduboard.rajasthan.gov.in (http://ihrpoe.co.in/rbse-admit-card)

Step 2: Click on RBSE Board Admit Card Class 12th link

Step 3: Enter you login id and password and your admit card will be open.

You can download it in the pdf format or else you can directly print it.

Rajasthan Board of secondary Education 12th class practical Examination will be held between the 15 February February to 28 February 2022. Final exam start on 24th March 2022. After a an external and an internal examination represent at school premises or in laboratory for taking the practical Examination. The marks will be e given by the school teachers only. Competition of evolution marks of the student will be uploaded in the official website of the school and Rajasthan Board of secondary Education. Format of the practical examination paper will be published very soon. Till now Board of Secondary Education Rajasthan (BSER) has not released the time table for board examinations of class 10th but tentatively the examinations are expected to commence from March 24th 2022. The schedule might release within few days so keep checking the official website :-
