compair and contrast Direct and indirect recruitment

chandni deb 1st Oct, 2020

Dear Student,

here is the difference between direct and indirect recruitment,

Direct Recruitment is essentially where candidates are directly recruited from their respective college/university campus. In this method of recruitments the company approaches the college and then takes aptitude tests and interviews to selects a suitable candidate for their company.

Whereas in indirect recruitment , candidates are indirectly recruited via advertisements in newspapers , journals, company websites and sometimes even social media.

what is the recruitment criteria of camfil india?

U. Janani 2nd Nov, 2020

Hi Payal!

The recruitment process of Camfil India is as common as other established companies!

  1. You can apply through a staffing agency. Or if you know anyone who is already a part of Camfil, they can refer you via employee referral. The process might take 2 weeks!
  2. Then will be the interview. You might be asked with some aptitude questions or sometimes directly to the face to face interview with the HR where they will explain about the job to you.
  3. Next will be a 3 person penal for group interview.
  4. Then you might have a Skype interview with their office in Delhi.
  5. And then, if they feel you are suitable for that job, then a call letter will be sent including the time and date to join!

All the best!
