Yes you will need recent income certificate and caste Certificate for neet admission. If your annual family income is (less than one lakh ) 94,000 then you can apply for EWS certificate . You have to mention it while doing registration.

You cannot come under EWS category quota as long as you are not from general category as to be eligible for ews you should not be from any reservable category. As log as you have a valid OBC certificate you can easily get reservation of 27% seats from OBC
