is any reservation there for ncc

KUNAL KUMAR 17th Aug, 2022

Dear Aspirant,

There is no booking for NCC declaration holders in IIT or NIT confirmations. In colleges, 10 motivation imprints are given for NCC testament holders. In barrier occupations, there is booking for NCC cadets. 32 seats in IMA are saved for NCC C declaration holders through UPSC passage.

Hope this was helpful.

if i have delhi state quota from studying in delhi but sc certificate from jharkhand will my domicile be counted as delhi with sc reservation for jee? (provided that my caste is recognised as sc in both delhi and jharkhand)

Narayani 21st Aug, 2022

Hey!

You do still need to get an ST Certificate under Delhi domicile as well from your nearest SDM. However, since that can sometimes end up taking a long time, for the time being you can go to a notary and get an affidavit made stating that you are eligible to be an ST candidate and that you have the caste certificate from your state ans that your Delhi certificate is under process. It will get the job done currently.

Feel free to ask further queries.

does an obc creamy layer aspirant get any reservation in neet ug

Aakanksha 12th Aug, 2022
Hi aspirant
The answer is No. You don't have any reservation in the NEET exam if you belong to the OBC-CL (Creamy layer) category.
27% of all the seats in all the medical colleges of the country are reserved for all the candidates belonging to Other Backward Classes - Non Creamy layer (OBC-NCL).
In order to see, whether you bekong to the creamy layer or non creamy layer you can correlate with the provisions below:
The candidates with a family having an income of greater than 8 lakhs per annum are considered belonging to creamy layer
The candidates with a family having an annual income of 8 lakhs or less than that are considered to be of non- creamy layer and are eligible for admission.

Now the distribution of reservation in the medical colleges of India is as follows:
UR: No reservation (50% of all the seats)
OBC : 27% of all the seats
SC :15%
ST: 8%

Hope this answers your query
All the best :)

Can I usey OBC NCL certificate in upsee and mmmut counselling for reservation ?

Akansha Sharma 7th May, 2025

Yes, you can use your OBC NCL certificate for reservation in both UPSEE and MMMUU (Madan Mohan Malaviya University of Technology) counselling, as long as the certificate is valid and issued by the competent authority. The certificate must be issued after the cut-off date for the current academic year and should clearly state that you belong to the OBC NCL category. Ensure you have the proper documents during counselling to avail of the reservation benefits.
