In J&K the reservation in direct recruitment is to the extent of 43% which includes SC - eight percent, ST - ten percent, OSC -2%. Actual line of control- 3%, RBA - 20%
There is no reservations at district level.so Reservation for OSC has only 2% as announced
The counselling authorities have not yet officially announced the reservation system for NEET yet. May be once the exam has been conducted the authorities will release the new reservation policies. It might or might not change because Ladakh as a UT already changed its reservation policy. It has scrapped off

For all India Counselling, only General, EWS, ST, SC, OBC and Pwd is considered. For state counselling, you can go for sub groups of reservation category and other reservation category like SEBC or Ex service man.
it is not mandatory that all the college will have sub groups cutoff

As per the previous year cutoff trends ,the cutoff rank for electrical engineering for general category and home state reservation,22259 which comes nearly to 97 percentile.And for computer science the cutoff rank 11022 which comes nearly to 99 percentile.But the cutoff ranks may vary
Seena, under Kerala State SC list, Christian Sambava Community is listed. So in Kerala, if you belong to Sambava Community, you will be considered under SC Category. And it is also considered under Central SC list. So both at State and Central Level, if you belong to Christian Sambava Community,
