categorical reservation is only to help students with more college options by lowering the general rank. for admission into any college or university, you can use quota. after admission , there is no use of quota and all the facilities are same for everyone.

Amit, NT-C is a State wide reservation and CAT is a National level entrance exam for admission to 20 IIMs and more than 1000 participating institutions. It doesn't have NT-C reservation.

Since MGM Aurangabad accepts NEET score, it has reservation for OBC. In 2019 the cutoff range for OBC was from the range 630 - 680(NEET Score) whereas for general category the cutoff was 690-700.
