As per my knowledge there is no such provision of reservation to minorities in government colleges.
However if a college hold a status of being a minority college then that provides the reservation for minorities.

jawharlal nehru technical university is one of the prominent institute in india, however cutoff scores varies year to year and depends on various factors like number of participants, question difficulty level, stream of engineering , seat matrix etc, however as per your score you have well chances in jntu,
see one candidate can choose only one category of seats and your rank will be made according to this. during counselling process you will be eligible for that quota seat which you may choose during form filling. if you choose ews category then you will only eligible for ews
