Hello student!
AUEET is conducted by ANDHRA UNIVERSITY, and the seats are offered based on the merit score candidates obtain. Your rank is 768 , so firstly congrats for securing such a good rank in AUEET.
Since the cutoffs depends on various factors like seat availability or number of students appearing for exam, and few more.
So, based on previous years trends, Yes you can get a seat in Andhra university. Also, you can get the seat in your desired branch at this rank if you own some reservation benefits like as you mentioned you have reservation of BCD. For example, many aspirants got seat in 2nd round of counseling at a rank of ~900. So you can still have chances to get CSE in very first round of counselling.

Hi aspirant...!
Hope you're doing great...!
So, with regard of you're query. A applicant must receive at least 94 to 95 percent on their PUC exams and 140 or more out of a possible 180 points in the KCET exam in order to be admitted to veterinary school as a BVSC. The rank must fall between 1.7 00 and 1.900 in order to qualify for a BVSC seat in the state of Karnataka through the Karnataka Common Entrance Test. You won't be able to get a seat in a government college for a bac since you have a 3000 drive, but you could be able to get a seat at a reputable private institution.
Hope this will helps you....!
GOOD LUCK...!

Dear aspirant,
As per my view obc category candidates are at an edge compared to the ews candidates because there is not much difference between the cut offs of general category and obc candidates.
The cut off difference between ews and general candidates is only 3-4k whereas obc category candidate sees a huge difference between general and obc candidates which is around 5-6k.
However various factors are considered while deciding the cut offs like number of candidates appearing in the examination, number of vacant seats in college, previous years cut offs and difficulty level of the paper.
