do I need to produce domicile certificate even if I have done school from same state to get benefited under state quota reservation?

Aditya 10th Nov, 2021

Hi aspirant,

No, you need not to compulsorily generate the domicile certificate if you have done schooling from the same state and have a legitimate proof of it. Following below is the list of major criteria which can be fulfilled to get benefits of the home state reservation:

The student should be a native citizen of that particular state having a authenticate proof of it.

The student must have completed his secondary or higher secondary education from a recognised institution in the state which is also recognised by the government.

Parents must be working in any government or private institution for at least seven years in that particular state.

Since you fulfill the second one, you need not to worry.

Hope it helps!!

Hi, you need to have a central OBC certificate to qualify for the counselling. Since, Panjab University has BC categories you need to belong to backward category to be a part of the reservation seats. Your documents get verified before so they will let you know if the document uploaded is valid or not. Hope this helps.

I got 305 marks, AIR is 334560 and I have a reservation under my category BC-E in my Telangana state. Will I be getting a semi-government college for MBBS?

pdwords Student Expert 30th Dec, 2021

Hello,

It's tough to make exact predictions as cut-offs vary every year based on various factors such as

  • seat matrix
  • top NEET score
  • total number of candidates appearing for the exam
  • reservation
  • toughness level of the paper etc,

however if we go through last year cut-offs then with 305  marks you have chances for management quota in the following private dental colleges-

  • ARMY COLLEGE OF DENTAL SCIENCES, SECUNDERABAD
  • BALAJI DENTAL COLLEGE, MOINABAD
  • KAMINENI INST OF DENTAL SCI, NARKETPALLY
  • MALLA REDDY INST OF DENTAL SCIENCES, HYD,etc...

you can check out previous year cut-offs for Telangana at https://medicine.careers360.com/articles/neet-cutoff-telangana

to know more detailed information about admission possibilities in various medical colleges and its respective medical courses you may use our NEET College Predictor at https://medicine.careers360.com/neet-college-predictor?utm_source=qna&utm_medium=neet_cp
