No, you need not to compulsorily generate the domicile certificate if you have done schooling from the same state and have a legitimate proof of it. Following below is the list of major criteria which can be fulfilled to get benefits of the home state reservation:
The student should be a native citizen of that particular state having a authenticate proof of it.
The student must have completed his secondary or higher secondary education from a recognised institution in the state which is also recognised by the government.
Parents must be working in any government or private institution for at least seven years in that particular state.
Since you fulfill the second one, you need not to worry.

2. 10% reservation EWS candidates
3. 15% reservation for SC candidates
4. 7.5% reservation for ST candidates
5. 7.5% reservation in Tamil Nadu for candidates who have done their schooling from class 6 to 12 from a government school in Tamil Nadu
6. Children of terror attack victims and children of COVID 19 warriors (only in some colleges such as Lady Hardinge Medical College, Mahatma Gandhi Medical College wardha, JLN Medical College Ajmer)
7. 5% reservation for PwD candidates
8. 33% reservation for girl candidates in Bihar
Hence, if you belong to Tamil Nadu state, you can avail the 7.5% quota if you have studied in a government school from class 6 to 12,

Hi, you need to have a central OBC certificate to qualify for the counselling. Since, Panjab University has BC categories you need to belong to backward category to be a part of the reservation seats.
