Hello aspirant,
Yes you can get a seat in private medical colleges as the cut off is slightly lower as compared to government colleges. You might not get unreserved seat with that score but you can always opt for management quota.
All the best!
hello aspirant,
Since you have not mentioned your category and other relevant details, it is little difficult to predict precisely whether you will get any government colleges or not.
However, looking at the previous year cutoff trends, you have some chance to get a seat in PES University, SIT, BNM colleges and some other decent to low colleges.
I hope that it will help.

Dear Student,
For KECT sports quota your national sports certificate form kendariya vidyalaya is eligible the full specifications are:
Neet is the sole entrance test for admission to MBBS and other medical and paramedical courses in India. The exam is organized by the National Testing Agency.
Admissions through NEET are basically categorized in two types of quota i.e., All India Quota (AIQ) and State Level Quota. All India Quota comprises 15 per cent of the overall seats and the rest of the 85 per cent are filled under state-level quota.
As per your question, you have got 590 marks in neet which is a good score, you can get MBBS seat under state quota or private college very easily but not under AIQ government seat. As you belong to general category so its quite difficult to predict about AIQ but can't promise about it as cut-off changes year to year.
