Hi Sona,
It should be 2. Let me explain why this is the case.
Your highest qualification will be declared qualified for NEET if your degree contains Physics, Chemistry, and Biology; otherwise, your highest qualification will be the one you completed in class 12th with Physics, Chemistry, and Biology.
Though you are pursuing a BSC, but BSC does not include all three subjects of physics, chemistry, and biology, and because the qualification for NEET is all subjects including physics, chemistry, and biology, your highest qualification will be 12th grade, which you completed with PCB and English.
So according to this rule, your code will be 2.
According to code 2, all the students who have passed class 12th in 2020 or in past year, then they come under code 2.
So you should fill code 2.

There will be an option in the form to choose “result awaited” or “result yet to be declared “
They might also ask for your roll no or enrolment no. Plz add that. When result will come out the form might directly pick the result from there or you will have to manually upload it later.

In this case, I would suggest you to appear for CAT and other entrance exams for MBA like XAT, MAT as well. So, hurry up and fill the CAT orm at the applications will get closed by 13th of September.
