NTSE (National Talent Search Exam), this is a national level exam and this exam was conducted and dates for the exam varies from State to State. Till now only one state i.e. Karnataka has declared the NTSE Result for Karnataka state only, it was released by KSEEB. NTSE in Karnataka was held on January 24th, 2021 and results were declared on March 9th, 2021.
The NTSE Results of all the other states have not been released yet they are yet to be release. So you will have to wait until all the States declares the NTSE Result (Remember the dates of every state may vary from state to state like Karnataka). But the results of all the other states are likely to be release in the month of May, 2021. NTSE phase 2 exam has been scheduled to be held on June 13th, 2021 and results for the same will be released in the month of September, 2021.

After reporting in the allotted college you will have to complete the admission process. You need to pay the prescribed fee specified by the college, verify the original documents, submit the original documents, completing the bond agreement procedure and take admission in the college you were allotted. You will not be asked questions regarding your previous year NEET UG attempts.

You take take admission in any of the universities mentioned above, but there is a seperate admission process for each one of them.
For BA geography, in Delhi university the admission is based on merit basis. The cut off varies from college to college, it can be 95+ or 75- depending upon the college.
For BA geography, in Jamia milia Islamia, the cutt off varies in different years. Last year it was 69-65% for general category.
IP University does not offer BA hons. Geography. You can check other courses available there.

For Undergraduation Engineering Degree
Most of the Engineering Colleges gives admissions into Undergraduation Engineering degree courses based on Entrance Exam like State Level Entrance Exam or University Level Entrance Exam or National Level Entrance Exam. Some Colleges gives admissions based on Merit obtained in 12 th standard or equivalent exam from a recognised Board.
The entrance exams like JEE Mains, JEE Mains, BITSAT, TS EAMCET, KCET, AP EAMCET, SRM JEE, COMEDK UGET, VITEEE, etc are considered for admission by many of the Engineering Colleges in India.
For Post Graduation Engineering Degree
The admission into Post Graduation Engineering course is based on State/ National/ University Level Entrance Exams in most of the Engineering Colleges. Also some colleges gives admissions based on Merit obatined in Bachelor's Engineering degree from a recognised College or University. The entrance exams like GATE, LPU NEST, TS PGECET, UPSEE, Gujarat PGCET, IPU CET,AP PGECET, Karnataka PGCET etc.

MHTCET means Maharashtra entrance examination test.. which result valid only 1 year. So if you want to admission Pharmacy in this year you have to give MHTCET 2021 again. Otherwise you can't get admission this year through one year ago Examination result. You have to give the examination again and have to qualify the examination. Then you are eligible for take admission in pharmacy college.

Your 12th class is 19 to 20. If you complete your 12th class and examination in 2020 then your 12th passout year is consider of 2020. I think it would be clear. But you didn't mention any board name where you have completed your 12th.

You just need to pass all your subject of class 12th and should maintain a overall percentage of 50% in order to be eligible for appearing for NEET examination.
There is no weightage of class 12th percentage in admission into MBBS degree. You just need to score as high as possible in your NEET exam in order to secure a good college like AIIMS.
