It is not in our hands to extend the dates, it is practically impossible to extend the dates of counselling because of the backlog of a few students. It will be a better option to ask the admiistrative department of your college to hurry up with the result publication.

MP PVFt means Madhya Pradesh pre veterinary and fisheries test. It result was declared in 23rd December 2020. So you can check it right now. But you didn't the examination year so i assume that it will be previous year result date.
