if i got ER and RT in result can i gave exam of compartment

Sayan 25th Jul, 2022

Hello,

The term "ER," which stands for Essential Re-appear, has taken the role of the word "Fail." All of the courses in the CBSE Class 12 (or 10) board examinations must be retaken next year by students who obtained ER the previous year.

The term "Repeat Theory" (RT) is used. Students taking the test for the CBSE Class 12 must pass both the academic and practical portions. Students who have RT against a subject are obliged to appear for the theoretical portion of the compartment exams.

Many thanks

I got rt in chemistry but result declared passed.Should I able to give entrance for Icar, bscbed or to take admission in bsc zoology honours.

Sayan 25th Jul, 2022

Hello,

You got RT in chemistry. So, you have to appear for compartment exam to clear that subject after that you can apply for ICAR entrance exam.

In eligibility criteria of ICAR, it is written that candidates must have completed 10+2 coursework in Physics, Chemistry, Biology, Mathematics, Agriculture, and/or Home Science.

Same for bsc zoology honours also.

At least 55% of the total marks on the Senior Secondary School Certificate or an equivalent test must be earned in English, Physics, Chemistry, and Biology/Mathematics.

Note: Candidates must have passed Biology on the qualifying test in order to be admitted to the B.Sc. (Hons.) programme with botany or zoology as the main subject.

Good Luck!!

sir/madam i have forgotten to write candidate name on neet omr sheet 2022 will my result will be withheld or will i face any problem please help me out ?

Sayan 25th Jul, 2022

Hello,

That, my friend, is nothing to be concerned about. Your roll number, which is crucial, is written down.

The people in charge of administering NEET are aware of the importance of the test, hence they never reject an OMR just because the candidate filled out their credentials incorrectly.

The moment the OMRs are inserted, the machine doesn't verify them and displays an error. The relevant credentials are manually entered or such examined OMRs are manually checked.

Thank You

I got rt in chemistry this year in cbse ,but result declared it pass.Should I able to give entrance for Icar and integrated bsc bed program

Sayan 25th Jul, 2022

Hello,

Your chemistry grade was RT. Therefore, you must take the compartment test to pass that topic before applying for the ICAR admission exam. According to the ICAR's qualifying requirements, candidates must have finished 10+2 coursework in physics, chemistry, biology, mathematics, agriculture, and/or home science.

Same for integrated bsc bed program.

Good Luck!!

i got 76% in pcm board and 60 marks in kcet pcm what is my predicted result?

Maitri Mandal 25th Jul, 2022

Hello Aspirant,

According to your score, your rank will be around 40000-50000. Your KCET rank is calculated by taking 50 percent of your board marks and 50 percent of your KCET score. It is not possible to tell your exact rank. This prediction is based on previous year's information . As cutoff varies considering many factors like number of students appeared for the exam, toughness of the exam, performance of the students etc. You can use the below link to get information about KCET rank vs marks:

my sons cbse class 10 board result is = English -97, Bengali -92, Math-94, Science -96, Social Science -98 and Information technology -99. what is percentage calculate as per cbse board rules

Yash 24th Jul, 2022

Hi,

The CBSE board has a best of five rule in which your main percentage is decided by one language subject I.e. English and other 4 subjects in which you get high scores. And the remaining subjects becomes additional whose marks won't be added to your main percentage.

The subject you would score lowest will automatically excluded . So, if you score higher marks in additional subject than any of your subject other than English then it would automatically replace the lowest scoring subject.

If we talk about your son's overall percentage then we will exclude the marks of Bengali subject because he scored lowest of all subjects in Bengali.

Percentage = 484 / 500 * 100

That is 96.8

Hope this will help you !
