Very recently the results of NDA2 of 2019 has been results. NDA 1 written exam of 2020 was conducted on September 6,2020. So it takes for UPSC to release the results. Officially the result declaration dates are not announced yet, however,might expect very soon as in December NDA2

The rule for different exams and admission to particular courses regarding the change of category are different. As they depend on the college, exam conducting authority etc.
