The confirmation of seats is subjected to fulfillment of some criterias set up by the institution. If by any reasons he/she fails to satisfy the mentioned criteria the admission will be declined.

Yes, practical marks are added in the final result of class 12th. Generally the practical (project+viva) is for 20 or 30 marks and the rest i.e. 80 or 70 marks are for the written test. The total result is out of 500 marks.
