To be eligible for CAT, you should have completed your Graduation in any discipline with a minimum aggregate of 50%. It is 50% for General Category and 45% for Reserved Categories. Now if you belong to General Category, unfortunately you do not qualify for CAT. Regarding CET, ever State has its own CET and so please do help us with the State you belong to.
