You should have passed your BSc with a minimum of 60% in order to be qualified for NIMCET examination, since you are in first year I think there would be a problem getting a college.
The final exams wont be much of a problem.

According to previous year cutoffs ypu have no chances of getting ECE at Reva University Bangalore even if you a general merit or Hyderabad-Karnataka reservation student. For both these categories the cutoff for ece closes around 20k and 25k respectively.
