Hi,
Well payment in sense of salary can't be stipulated cause it depends on the organisation you are working for and also the designation that you will hold in that organization or company. Also bachelor students with undergraduate degree get payed less as compared to students with masters degree and further advanced degree. You can search for jobs via various mediums and usually the pay is mentioned in the details.
I believe it is always preferred to major in a Core Engineering Subject, like Computer Science or Electronics than in any specialization like AI or Data Engineering. BS in CSE from Carnegie Mellon with specialization in Robotics will perhaps be the optimum combination for you, and will open a sea of career scope and prospects to you after Graduation. Though, I alert you this combination is going to be tough and you should be ready to give your heart.
Hello student
To take admission in M tech in robotic engineering student has to complete BEor BTech in mechanical engineering and have the valid score in GATE exam that means graduate aptitude test for engineering exam.
If anyone completed MSc in applied sciences have a valid score in GATE exam will be eligible for taking admission in mtech robotics engineering.
In general MSc IT and MBA qualification is not favoured for admission in mtech robotics engineering.
Hope this will be helpful.
Hello there. Hope you are doing good. I would like to tell you that M.Sc Robotics can be done after B.Sc It/Cs. Programming Knowledge would be useful while studying M.Sc Robotics. However, it is advised to check the M.Sc Robotics college eligibility requirements as different colleges have different criteria.
I hope you found this answer helpful. Good luck for your future.
Yeah that will be a safer choice. If you major in Robotics then the spectra of job description gets reduced. But with AI you will have a more number of options in perspective to the job and having a additional major in Robotics will highlight your qualification. This will enable you to be job secure as well as pursuing your dream.
Have a great eve!

Robotics is a interdisciplinary field of CSE , ME and Electronics. Robotics is intended to develop devices that will have a specific skill sets programmed and they can perform with absolute accuracy.
AI enabled robotics is getting a craze now-a-days. The fields application is increasing in Biomedical Engineering also like the development of Robotic Hand for Surgery.
So studying Robotics means you will be reading a course with subparts of many disciplines.
I hope my answer helps. This is a very rough description. Have a great day!
Dear aspirant,
According to your question and taking into consideration that you are interested in robotics and you want to choose between these colleges.
I would like to say that MIT manipal mechantronics doesn't have placements. In core branches this college stands nowhere. The core students are not even get placed in IT companies.
I think if you get in other college in robotics choose that otherwise go for IIIT.
