How to download book without getting OTP?

Deepti Singh 16th Oct, 2024

Hello,

Options include opting for downloading a book without receiving any OTP:

Public Domain Sites: Now, go to the Project Gutenberg, Google Books, or Internet Archive. These websites provide free books that are public domain. They do not usually ask for OTP.

Most public libraries o ffer free ebooks through their websites or through apps like OverDrive or Libby. There is no need to apply for an OTP for this source.

Website with direct links to PDFs: There are some educational and research websites that publish direct links to book PDFs, which do not need OTP verifications. Just be sure to use only reliable sources so that you avoid pirated content.

Subscription Services: Also, there are several subscription services which provide a facility to download books without OTP like Kindle or Scribd; however, services of such types contain some other verification process, such as providing a password.

Always download from legal and safe sources; otherwise, it may be under objection or with security threats or copyright issues.

i got a seat in ece (btech) , and on 13th of August there is a physical verification, so my question is are clasess going to start after 13th or i have to wait for a week ?

Shrutika Wahane 8th Aug, 2024

Hello there,

Document verification is a very hectic and long process. There would be so many students who will be waiting for their documents to be verified. Thus, starting the classes on the same day will be not possible. Almost every colleges fix two different dates for the verification and for the commencement of classes.

The institution you've got into will notify you soon after or before the document verification about commencement of classes. They will release their Academic Calendar with all the important dates like holidays, start of classes, date of exams and so on.

I hope this information will be helpful to you.

I have completed ITI in electrician. I want to appear for RRB ALP Exam and also want to join in B.Tech. can I?? please some one give me a solution....

satyamercedes0626 26th Jan, 2024

Hello,

Hope you are doing good.

As per your question, you have completed ITI course, and you are absolutely eligible for the RRB ALP exam, and you can apply for the same without a second thought and can easily get the job, once you qualify the exam. This will be a great option if you get selected.

However, if you strongly wish to pursue Btech course, then you can go towards the same. According to me, you can first join the Btech course and later on give the RRB ALP exam, if you prioritize the Btech course.

Hope this helps!!

Question : Directions: In the following question, some parts of the sentence may have some errors. Find out which part of the sentence has an error and select the appropriate option. If the sentence is free from error, select "No error".

The doctor advised Mr. Murugan that (1) / because of his severe cramps, (2) / he should lay in the bed for a few days. (3) / No error (4)

Option 1: (1)

Option 2: (2)

Option 3: (3)

Option 4: (4)

Team Careers360 20th Jan, 2024

Correct Answer: (3)

Solution : The error lies in the third part of the sentence.

Lay is not the correct verb to be used in this sentence, as it means to put something down. Lie should be used in place of lay as it means to be in a horizontal position, which is the intended meaning of the sentence.

Therefore, the correct sentence is: "The doctor advised Mr Murugan that because of his severe cramps, he should lie in bed for a few days."
