I dont have a pan card, driving license, voter id and my date of birth in aadhar card is misprinted. So can I use my birth certificate as an id proof for my gate and rrb exam

No, you cannot use your birth certificate as id proof because that doesn't contains a photograph of yours. I would advice you to get your aadhar card corrected as soon as possible. You can get that corrected easily in your city. Otherwise if you wish you can apply

i used my father name-Krishna Rao(absence of surname) in rrb ntpc online registration, but in my 10th class certificate my father name-Dodla Krishna Rao (used surname Dodla)...is any problem during document verification?

There will not me a problem of of name defect during your counselling and registration process, as documents such as the Aadhar card, or birth certificate will clearly signify your father's name.

You can carry different Photo ID card. They accept Voter ID/Aadhaar Card /Printout of e-Aadhaar /Driving License/PAN Card/Passport/Identity Card issued by the employer in case the candidate is a govt. employee/College/university Photo ID card you can carry any one of them.
