See RRB NTPC examinations don't occur regularly like the SSC CGL/ SSC CHSL. Although its targetted by the GOI and Ministry of Railways to take the examination every year in order to fill the required vacancies. So technically, till now its not conducted regularly. But its hopeful that it become regular.

Yeah! You can apply for the Non-technical examination for RRB but you can't apply for the technical examination because RRB releases vacancies in the technical staff mostly for Mechanical Engineering, Civil Engineering, Electrical Engineering, IT/CSE and ECE. There are no such requirement of Food technologist in RRB (at least there are no notification for that).

see you must have the certificates and your category should comes under central list of obc -ncl to get benefits. unless your candidature may cancel. so make your you have all original documents, application submitted copy, educations certificate available to you.
