According to last some years cut offs the closing rank for CSE branch in BMS college of engineering is less than 1000 and for R.V. college of engineering it is less than 500. So the chances of getting admission for CSE in RVCE is very very less or probably no any chances.

Based on your KCET rank, it seems difficult to get a seat in CSE at RV College of Engineering, MS Ramaiah Institute of Technology or BMS College of Engineering since the cutoff at these colleges are very high, especially for CSE courses. However, you may have a chance for other courses at those colleges. You should also be able to get CSE at colleges like Sir M Visvesvaraya Institute of Technology, Bangalore.
