RV college of engineering is a fine institute for having a Btech degree. For aerospace engineering it is a liable institute.

Management quota means direct admission. it doesn't considers the entrance exam marks for admission. You can take an admission right way but may be the fee structure will be high than the counselling admission.
there are 5 steps to be followed for admission including application and paying an amount during admission.
