Based on your you have a very good chance of getting CSE in colleges like KLE Technological university, Sapthagiri college of engineering, Vidyavardhaka college of engineering and other colleges. Your rank may lie under 2000 and your chances of getting top branches like CSE, EEE  and ECE is very low but you should also apply for them in the counselling process.

Yes, dear can get admission in RVCE if you get sufficient marks in the entrance exam and you should also filled basic minimum eligibility criteria to get admission in RVCE that is minimum 45% percentage in 12th. So prepare well for your entrance and try to get maximise marks.
