You can apply to it but BMSCOLLEGE CLOSING rank is 1000 for CS branch so you have chances to get in it's 3rd ROUND as your rank is quite good that you can even get mech. Civil and electrical in bms...

It seems like your rank is very high to get admission in RVCE with any of the branches.However you have chances of getting admission in some other private colleges.Try to search out for those and use college predictor tool.

Yes you have scored pretty decent marks and you can get EEE but less chances in ece or cse because cutoff is 856 and 373 simultaneously. your rank would be less than 2k definitely so you will get RV EEE or other branch easily not in ece and cse.
