Based on your ranking if u belong to general merit category ,im afraid you would not be able to make it into RVCE.However if u belong to any reserved category chances are there that u might get the sub branches i.e.IEM ,BIOTECH,INSTRUMENTATION ENGINEERING and a very small percentage
It depends on which college is been chosen.if it's in Bangalore you may opt for alliance University,Jain University,RV institute of technology,MS Ramaiah university of applied sciences .in this colleges the total fees may come within the range of 3-5 lakhs per year including donation.but it maybe little more in college
