You cannot get RVCOE Bangalore as cutoffs are within 4500 ranks for all branches.

You can get Civil engineering in last round sif cutoffs drop this year else very less chances expected.

You can get following colleges for sure:

PES institute of Technology and Management
BMs College of engineering

You can apply to it but BMSCOLLEGE CLOSING rank is 1000 for CS branch so you have chances to get in it's 3rd ROUND as your rank is quite good that you can even get mech. Civil and electrical in bms...

It seems like your rank is very high to get admission in RVCE with any of the branches.However you have chances of getting admission in some other private colleges.Try to search out for those and use college predictor tool.
