Since both college are very good regarding studies and placement both soo you first decide in which field you are interested and decide accordingly. If you will see the present scenario these both branch have a very bright future as automation is coming in picture. So figure out your interest and select college wisely. Both colleges are awesome.

sorry, you have less chances for getting admission in RVCE and BMSCE with this marks.because according to cut-off you have to score greater then 130 marks in COMEDK for getting admission in RVCE and BMSCE in ME branch.

You can choose RVCE over PES when you you want to persue ECE branch.

Most of the student will not suggest you to take electronics and communication branch of PES Banglaore and there are many reasons for it. First of all it is very difficult to get a good teacher and it completely depends on your luck. Second thing is that the labs quality is nood good, they don't have proper equipments which is the crucial demand of ECE branch. Without playing with tools you can't learn ECE. Also teacher's temprament is also not good and they are even partial and too much judgemental. Hope you got your message.

As such there is no added advantage of your marks unless you are from Karnataka. As state students will have 50% seats reservation  and those who want to apply with 12th marks only they have 20% reservation via management quota and  students who writes comedk exam will have 30% seats.  

As per your marks in COMEDK 2018 is 116 so your rank will be in between 1800 to 900.

The college takes admission through entrance exams :

• 45% seats are filled through KCET, 30% seats are filled based on COMEDK and 25% seats are reserved for Management, all merit based quota.
• KCET exam is for candidates who are domicile of Karnataka for 7 years or more whereas COMEDK exam is for Karnataka and Non Karnataka aspiring candidates for Engineering, Medical and Dental programs.
• The reservation criteria and admission norms are set by the Government of Karnataka
• Those willing to apply for these programs should send 10th and 12th final exam mark sheets with the application form.
• Parents applying for B.E programs should have 70% marks in 10th in Maths and Science separately and 65% marks in 12th in Maths and Physics separately.
• The application fee of KCET exam is INR 650 (for general category candidates), INR 500 (for SC/ST/OBC) and INR 750 (for Outside Karnataka candidates)
• The application fee can be paid via Bank Challan or Demand Draft (drawn in favor of Executive Director Karnataka Examinations Authority, payable at Bangalore)
