RV college of Engineering takes the admission through KCET, COMED K UGET.
The tution fees through KCET is approximately 51,000 per annum
The tution fees through COMED K is approximately 1,50,000 per annum
The fees structure is for top branches.
There is no domicile wise criteria in RV College of Engineering because this is a private college as 45% seats are filled through KCET, 30% seats through COMED-K and rest 25% by management by all merits, basically you have three ways to reserve seat there in RVCE so you can check which one you are eligible for and accordingly you can apply.

if you are general you must have below 500 rank to get Mechanical
in the sense if you have category you should have below 900 its quite toug competation to get the RV
