First I would like to clarify here that since you are Bombay based, you wont be eligible for KCET which is the state entrance. However you can apply through COMEDK. R V College takes NATA scores so you will need to appear for NATA and then apply through COMEDK.

While studying in RV College, Bangalore. You can get hold of a lot of good scholarship. They might be government or private.
