According to the current norms of UGC, s candidate can pursue two degrees at same time provided that one of those is a distance course.

So following that it is practically possible to be pursuing two courses at once. In your case if you get into any BAMS

Colleges expect the candidates to have Mathematics as a compulsory subject to opt for computer science. As you had PCB, I am afraid you are not eligible to pursue computer science further.
