With 98.8369 percentile in MHTCET your rank will be between 7 to 8k if approximately 3.82 lacs students appeared for MHTCET this year. With that rank COEP and VJTI are struck off. Their cutoff usually lie around 1-2k only. And with approximately 98 percentile your rank should be around 21k,
