1.In vjti syllabus for it and cs are almost same 90% of cs syllabus in it.
2.in placements there is no company which allow cs students and not it students.
3.vjti is far better than spit.
Ya you have a slight chance of getting the admission but it will depend on your rank if it's good you may get it according to last year's trends your rank may be near about 9k
This is practically impossible even if u are scheduled Caste.Scheduled Tribe has a faint chance. And if u are from general category,then the question shouldnt be even asked. For top colleges in Maharashtra by MH-CET road you need to get at least more than 180 so you can bag any of college. The cut off though varies year by year but the paper setters always do make sure that the paper bags the level of students as compared to the no. of applicants.
In general 180+ is required for top colleges. Though some top notch colleges end up even before more than 185 for CSE.If you are some other category then the cut off may vary as per your caste.

If you don't have domicile certificate of Maharashtra you are eligible to take admission in private colleges of Maharashtra.
You can take admission through JEE Main or MHT CET.
It is advisable to take admission through JEE Main as they are preffered over MHT CET.

According, to previous year cut off you need to score more then 150 marks in your MHT CET exam to get this college in general category.
Cut off marks varies as per branches as well.
