Hello aspirant.Both the NITs are good for CSE.CSE is a branch which deals with programming and it is completely software side. As you mentioned that Surat is the nearer location for you better go with NIT Surat.As CSE is better in both the NITs better go with NIT Surat which

both the colleges are good and provide almost the same distinction hence it is tough to choose between the two though i would suggest that nit surat has a little edge over nit nagpur since nit surat has been in existence longer than nit nagpur

Allotment of seats in SVNIT Surat take place only through JoSAA Counselling. To be eligible for JoSAA Counselling, you must score at least 75% of total marks or 65%(SC/ST/PwD Candidates) in 12th Board Examination or Equivalent. Otherwise, the candidate has to secure a position in the top 20 percentile

Go for CSE in MNIT Jaipur and not CSE in SVNIT Surat. MNIT Jaipur is better than at least SVNIT Surat. MNIT Jaipur carries a rank of about 10 in the list of top NITs, whereas SVNIT Surat is nowhere to be seen. According to my choice and preference,
