special round means if you did not get seat in any of teh counseling session then there wil be a last round called special in which if you have not participate in counseling session or miss this then you can directly particiapte in special round to get a seat. thatis

the average ofr the JEE you need to get maximum as mucu as possible around 10000 for the SVNIT.

According to me, you should go for SVNIT, Surat because it has better rankings and it is an INSTITUTE OF NATIONAL IMPORTANCE whereas IIEST is a GFTI.
